Family trip to the lake.

This morning when we woke up David decided that he wanted to go to Canyon Lake, so I packed food, drinks, treats for Junior & milk for Gracie and like 3 more million things (blankets, chairs, a tent, leash and collar for the dog, even a hammer).
It's funny because now we take hours to get ready to go out, I have to be sure that I have enough diapers, enough formula, water, sunscreen, a change of clothes, enough toys, stroller, carrier and I can go on and on ... Those days when we just jumped on the car and leave are gone forever.

We had a great day! The weather couldn't be more perfect.

David got soo relax and enjoyed the lake

Grace was in such a good mood

Junior was so happy to be outside

I was just thankful to be with my family

I can tell that no matter what, life is good!!!

March of dimes "March for Babies"

As some of you already know, I will be participating along with the wonderful moms of my group in the March of Dimes "March for babies" event in Phoenix on April 18. In efforts to raise money for researching the causes of premature births and birth defects.

We are very lucky to have happy and healthy babies!!! Please help us to reach our goals but mostly to help them.

By the way, HUGE thanks to Christine for your contribution and support. :D

4 month check up

Gracie had her 4 month check up today and the numbers are as follow:

Weight 16 lbs 8 oz (94%)
Height 26 in (95%)
Head 16" (37%)

Dr Jones said she is doing GREAT!!!

She got her shoots and she just cried for about 10 seconds then everything was good again.

We are so proud of you monkey!

Update

Today I finally could get Gracie's pictures organize, I have hundreds, some really cute, some not that cute, some blurry (but I didn't delete them)... Anyway I hope you enjoy looking at them as I enjoyed taking them.

I can't believe how much she has grown in 4 months!

Playdate @ the Vader's home.

Oh my!

We hosted our first playdate with 15 moms and babies (between 4 and 8 months old) from one of my mommy's groups. It was a lot of fun!

I made cupcakes for first time in my entire life and I think they came out pretty good than now David keep calling me
"Margarita" Stewart (the mexican version of Martha Stewart).

I think we will do it again!

Happy 4 months my dear love!

Gracie turns 4 months today!!! She is growing and growing and I just wish she could be a baby forever!!!
She has her 4 month check up next monday to get her shoots and see how much she has growing in 2 months, I'm excited!
